How do I use the video functionality?
You'll need to use the AirPlay capabilities of your iPhone or iPod Touch to use the video
programs in VOS Balance. For information on how to turn on AirPlay,

My AppleTV is mirroring the phone and not showing the video, how do I fix that?
Stop and restarting AirPlay should take care of the issue. If it is still mirroring, try
restarting your iPhone or iPod and trying again. For information on how to turn on

How do I get a report out of the app?
There are two types of reports that you can export from VOS Balance – bout reports and session
reports. To export a session report, tap on the session you'd like to export in the session list, and
then tap on the export icon in the upper right corner.
For a bout report, select the bout you'd like, and tap the export button in the upper right corner.
Do you support Android?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer an Android solution for a few reasons. With the Apple iPod Touches and iPhones we
are able to ensure a consistent sampling rate of 100 Hz. Because of the sheer number of types and quality of
Android devices, it's impossible to ensure correct performance across the gamut.
In addition, supporting multiple platforms
would add a lot of cost. So to keep the cost as low as we can while providing the best experience possible, we are only able to
support Apple products at this time.
Our recommended option is to get a low cost iPod Touch that will work very well. The newest
iPod Touches or the refurbished
5th generation
iPod Touches will both work well.
