Frequently Asked Questions

Is the data secure?

Yes! All data is stored on the phone, tied to your user ID, and never leaves the phone. You can, however, export the reports as a PDF to print or send to yourself to attach to a patient's chart.

How do I mount my device to my balance board?

For a small charge, we can ship you a custom made bracket designed to attach your iPhone or iPod to any balance board. You can place an order from your profile after logging in.

Can I use just the visual tracking tools?

Yes, you can customize each session and bout to meet the needs of your patient. You can use either the visual tracking tools or the the balance tracker own their own, or use them together simultaneously.

Do I have to have an Apple TV?

Nope! You can use either an Apple TV or a SmartTV with the AppleTV app installed. One or the other is required to utilize the visual tracking tools. VOS Balance uses Apple AirPlay to power the visual tracking programs. However, you can still use the balance tracker features without the visual tracking tools.
